Pork Sinigang Na Lechon

Today my lunch was Sinigang na Lechon... Lechon is a whole pig - roasted using coal.

This is for my own reference... so this recipe is not well explained and measures are not noted because basically, most Asian food doesn't do the precise measuring, we only adjust according to how much and the taste of the main ingredient in this case its - Lechon

so if the Lechon is salty we usually reduce the salt. and so on...

Preparation if the Lechon has been frozen like in my case... this is the leftover from Christmas lunch...

Over Protective Packaging - Too Much Bubble Wraps For Non-Fragile Items

Surprised to see a box with "Fragile" stickers but I know the items ordered was just pack of a toothbrush... 

thinking twice ... is this package really mine? 

I didn't order any "fragile" items... 

When I looked where it came from... oh yes! that's definitely where I ordered...

 We do need to protect items properly ... and I mean PROPERLY...

We got so much plastic trash in our environment ... 

 It is appropriate to use bubble wraps for items that are breakable and need protection like bottles with liquid or electronic gadgets... etc... But with a toothbrushes? 

Does it really need this much bubble wraps?

This has been my second time to buy lightning cable via online for iPhone 7 ... 

 Come to think of it... iPhone is very expensive but the cable comes with it is NOT durable! 

And, I'm not the only one who experienced the original cable didn't last for a year... 

for me, it only lasted 9 months! 

It was always attached in original charger not bending nor travelling... but still one day it just won't charge anymore.

 Unlike Android phones, (funny thing is...) the phone itself has died due to battery problems after a year or two but the cable is still ALIVE! 

 Then again you can't find the battery replacement for android unless you want to gamble with the non-original battery you can buy online (that might explode) 

Even if you go back to the service center let's say my old ASUS and Sony Xperia, they usually don't support it anymore as new models have arrived. 

 SO!!! 

 As soon as you bought your iPhone... make sure to protect that original cable with a cable protector tube, or better buy another spare lightning cable used for charging - that is NOT THAT EXPENSIVE (not from Apple they REALLY don't last that long) buy it from UGreen or Romoss...

Going through the Bible once again ... but this time started (Aug. 29 this year) from Genesis with Ptr. Chuck Smith's teachings... 

Before I did finish half of the new testament started at John up to Revelation because the need to familiarize it for discipleship training, had a copy of all his teaching on my old hard disk. But it was a few years back (I don't do discipleship training anymore) and we do forget in time as I am learning a lot of new updates from my work tasks...
