Pork Adobo with Banana Blossom
Garlic
Bay leaf
pepper
Chili
Brown Sugar tsp
Lemon or Vinegar small amount
Toyo - more :)
salt - added on last part but try to minimize as possible just add additional soy sauce.
Pork Kasim sliced to cubes
marinate in soy sauce, garlic, pepper for at least 3 hours or overnight...
Slow cooked LOW setting for 7 hours straight then checked if the meat is tender... mix and taste...
add necessary ingredients...
Add the Banana Blossoms on top then slow cooked additional 1 hour on low...
