Tamarid Fish
Ok! its really not my first to eat in Hanoi the first one was when I was invited on my birthday, someone treat me for lunch...Pretty confident their food is very good!
I was surprise to receive this package because it seem there is a two square plastic container... and was thinking that I only order one kind of food ...
Impressive packaging because they seperate the fish from the sauce so it won't get soggy when you're going to eat it.
it is crispy coated fried fish with tamarid sauce, it really taste like tamarid, it also have the tamarid seed that is chew-able to taste the nuts inside the seed ... I added some soy sauce and chili, overall it is delicious! And feel like you're not getting full and want to eat more rice! 😅I am not that daring to try all Hanoi food because Vietnamese Cuisine likes adding chicken, shrimp, squid and crabs in their dishes... so ... also they don't usually say every ingredients... it's Vietnamese name ... 😅
