I was a Globe Internet user way back 2013 they have Data CAPPING and NOT UNLIMITED INTERNET... Even it was stated in the account "Unlimited". Another thing they charge you double in advance on your bills!
It's like paying prepaid instead of Postpaid.
That's the reason I change my internet to BayanTel... ok siya NO CAPPING at Unlimited talaga...

October 2016 my Bayantel internet just disappeared for 1 week!
Then a technician with Globe uniform drop by our house and I was surprise why are you wearing "Globe"???
They said Globe already bought BayanTel...
huh???

pangit pa customer service nila... walay klaro.
Why? Because they marked your "Job Order" Completed even though there are still problems!

If you notice the UPLOAD speed have 0.38 only! It even dropped to 0.20!
No wonder it can even upload a 5Kb text file attachment.
