I started using BayanTel this year August 29 and paid 1,000 for installation fee.
Everything seem to be OK for 30-days ... But on Oct. 12, my Internet was gone for more than 2 hours in the afternoon... Oct.12, 2015 Reference# 490639 They said that they are in process of System Upgrade...
Then on Oct. 25 I experience cut off and Intermittent connection, my Reference number: 813059, = They replied me that they are having system upgrade...
And, will be back before 9pm on the same date... The Internet did went back around 9pm...
But, still I'm experiencing cut offs every now and then specially in the afternoon and night!
Now, on Oct. 31, 2015 (Reference# 1118369) the cut off was more longer as in whole afternoon of Saturday no Internet! - The technician went to our house Monday afternoon and said that they are merging the Globe and Bayantel = that is causing the Internet cut off but it will be better again very soon!
But since Thursday 3pm November 5, 2015 up to now as in NO INTERNET! The modem lights are all off except for continuous green light on Power, WLAN, and LAN, the rest as in DSL and INTERNET have no lights = totally gone!
I reported so many times via calling them over the Phone, Email and even texting the Agent who did the transaction to our house, up to now I DO NOT HAVE ANY FEEDBACK WHAT IS HAPPENING!?
They only said that a Technician will drop by in our house within 24-hours.
Huh? Where is that Technician? It's been more than 72-hours now NO TECHNICIAN AND STILL NO INTERNET!
Really it's getting to my nerves! Because I need to Do work... and I have to spend additional 50pesos per 24 hours of Internet connection in my SmartBro PrePaid Internet.
So for you out there PLEASE BE AWARE!
